Terms, Rates and Ages

Classes

M-W-F Classes: This is a Kindergarten Readiness program and is designed for 4 and 5 year olds who plan to attend Transitional Kindergarten (T-K) or Kindergarten the following year. Children must be 4 years old by the current school year.
We offer 2 options: Morning only sessions are 8:30 to 12:00 pm. All day sessions are 8:30 am to 2:45 pm. You choose the session that best fits your schedule. All day students will need to provide their own nap mat and blanket. Travel size pillows may also be brought if the student wants to.

T-Th Classes: The 3 and 4 year old class is for children who will not be entering Kindergarten the following year and is held on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00 am to 11:30 am. Children must be 3 years old by September 15th of the current year and toilet trained for this class. An afternoon session may be added subject to enrollment levels.

School Term
Morningside Lutheran Preschool operates during the months of September through May. Classes begin the Tuesday following Labor Day and conclude the week before Memorial Day.

Registration Fees
A $15 registration fee and September's tuition ($65 for T/Th class and $95 for M/W/F class) is due upon registration to reserve a child's place at Morningside Lutheran Preschool. Both the registration fee and September's tuition are non-refundable. The rest of Setpember's tuition ($105.00) for all day students is due by September 1st.

Tuition
Tuition is due by the 1st of each month. If it is not received by the 10th of the month, a $5.00 late fee will be added. Returned checks will be subject to applicable fees as charged to us by the bank. Enrollment may be terminated for any child whose account is 40 days past due.

Rates
The rates for Morningside Lutheran Preschool sessions are as follows:
$65 per month* for the two-day session (T-Th class)
$95 per month* for the three-1/2 day sessions (M-W-F class)
$200 per month* for the three all-day sessions (M-W-F class)
* morning sessions include a snack / all day session includes a morning snack and noon lunch.

Multiple Child Discount
There will be a 10% discount off the tuition of the second child from the same family.

Early Payment Option
A 5% discount off October through May tuition is available if the total tuition for October-May is paid by October 1st.
