Field Trips
Occasionally, educational and
developmentally appropriate field trips may be scheduled such as visits to the
fire station, grocery store, and pumpkin patch. There may be a fee assessed for
some of these field trips. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to
provide alternate arrangements for the day if the child is not participating in
the events.
Parents/Guardians will be notified prior to each activity.
Morningside Lutheran Preschool periodically asks for parent/guardian volunteers
to drive for field trips. All volunteers much be fully insured, licensed drivers
and must have and use one car seat (or booster, depending on Iowa law) for each
child.
